Do you think they’re looking at you or their own reflection?

Really, who’s watching whom? I’m not sure who’s got the better deal, you with the warm cozy interior or the deer with the brilliant snow and gorgeous outdoors.

      Hi Meredehuit and James,
These deer were attracted by the bird feeder on the patio and don’t seem too afraid of us, so maybe they were watching me. If I go out to chase them away from the garden, they stop in mid-chew stare, then go on eating.

It was cozy inside, see the snow.

I’m surprised at how little the fawns are for this time of year. Or, is it an optical illusion and they’re further back and appear smaller?

Katie, This was taken in February. They are born in very cold conditions aren’t they?
